How do you...?

A lot of times when I read someones post at the bottom of their post it has their starting weight, their mini goals and their final goal weight. How do you get that to post at the bottom of your posts?

You type it, every single time.
Most people who have 100+ posts just keep it in their Control-C/Control-V list since they use it so often. It's a pain in the *kitten* sometimes, but it's nice to show off progress, right?

Haha noo you don't type it in every time!! Go to Signature and add it in there.
See these words up near the top of the message boards? That's where you find your signature.

Click on Signature in the bar above...You can then type in what your goals are, etc. and save it and it will be in green lettering each time you post in the forum... :flowerforyou:0
