Advice for meeting Macro Goals

I have changed my lifestyle to a low cab/Keto diet lifestyle and have been using it strictly for about 14 days now. I have noticed that I have had a hard time meeting my macros exactly right daily. It seems as if I am close according to the counter, however I have only hit it perfectly one day.
So I'm looking for some advice on how I might better meal plan or tips and tricks that may help me properly hit my macros so that I can ensure I am optimized and I stay in ketosis.

1) Nutrition, including nutrition for weightloss, isn't about precision, it's about consistency over time.
2) To lose weight, you need to stay in a calorie deficit for a long time.
3) It's easiest to give up.
4) It's easier to keep eating less if you like what you're eating and find the arrangements practical.6 -
Hi Nathan! I am in a macro diet, too, and it helps to have foods at home that are mostly one of the macros so you can balance. For example, I know I can have a handful of berries to hit a carb macro, a little butter or olive oil for fat, or add an extra ounce of chicken if I’m low on protein. I also pre-plan the next day’s food every night to help me stay on track. Paying for Premium with MFP makes it easy to have multiple macro plans, too, which I do based on each day’s workout. Good luck!0

Maybe you misunderstood my question. I know the secret to weight loss from lowering caloric intake. My question was specific to Keto in by optimizing Ketosis by regulating intake of macro's. If I eat a overage of carbs in relation to my fat and protein intake it will cause an interruption in ketosis, which is what I am trying to avoid.1

If you eat your calorie goal while avoiding carbs at all costs unless they are planned that is how you do it. Keto doesn't require you hit a certain fat or protein goal you just hit them because you aren't eating carbs. Pre-logging your meals is probably the key here for you.
If you need a more specific answer you may need to make the question more specific.

Focus on: staying within or under the carb goal, hitting or exceeding the protein goal, and using fats to satiate. If you aren't losing, take a harder look about whether you're getting enough fat or too much protein, but most people stay in ketosis if they stay at/under 20-25 net carbs a day and hit their protein goal.1 -
