I’ve lost 54.3 lbs and I’m down almost 6 sizes in a year and a half. I use this app everyday and it helps me be accountable. I’ve logged in for over 550 days. I didn’t think I could do it but if I can anyone can. I’m also 44 years old...age is just a number!
