Messed up back whole body feels like it needs a repair . I think I have really bad knots.... any suggestions

    Doctor and rest. Gave myself tendonitis to my right knee 2 weeks ago. Modified my work out to adapt. Feels better.

    See a doc is right on! I've got something going on next to shoulder blade and lower back muscle pain. Really, I couldn't (wishful thinking -- try "can't) walk for 15 minutes without pain ending it. Sports med doc sent me to a pool to just do walking in 5' of water. Doing an hour was easy; didn't seem like exercise. Then I got out of the pool and, oh wow, I'd had a workout! Good luck.

    How and when did you do it? And where does it hurt? It is just muscle ache?

    First things first, rest it. If it still hurts after 3/4 days, consider going to your doctor. They should be able to tell you if it's muscular or if there's other underlying medical problems.

    Doctor first, then massage therapy for some deep tissue work ( if doc agrees)
