Hello my name is Charles and I'm 51 years old I live in Cleveland Ohio and for some reason I keep losing track so if there's anyone out there and this area they could help me with accountability let me know I really could use that support

    What do you mean by lose track? I’m not in Cleveland but I check in here everyday.

    The big issue I have as far as losing track I lose my motivation or I get really discouraged so sometimes I don't Focus on the real reason for losing this weight
