    Thanks, I just needed ideas to keep me away from those high cal temptations. I think I must need to stock up on the healthier options.

    Apples and Grape tomatoes seem to be working for me. I've lost 32 lbs since April. I can honestly say that, after the first month, it got much easier.

    Skinny Pop Popcorn, string cheese, Mini Baby Bell light cheese, shelled pistachios, it takes work to shell and eat them.

    Coffee is a good appetite suppressor for me.
