Apples and Grape tomatoes seem to be working for me. I've lost 32 lbs since April. I can honestly say that, after the first month, it got much easier.1

Skinny Pop Popcorn, string cheese, Mini Baby Bell light cheese, shelled pistachios, it takes work to shell and eat them.
Coffee is a good appetite suppressor for me.1 -

Vegetables- carrots, celery, tomato, cucumber, broccoli, zucchini, cauliflower
Salad with vinaigrette dressing
Fruit- small orange or apple, grapefruit, blueberries, strawberries, peach, melon
Low fat yogurt, string cheese, low fat cottage cheese
Hard boiled egg
Pickles
Light popcorn or air popped
A few wasabi peas go a long way.
Depending on what you ate today you might find a snack with protein or fats more satisfying than fruits and vegetables.0 -

I kinda like 'em.....
filling, but I never eat too many of them at one time..... which can't be said for some other snacks that I have from time to time.
