Apple watch calories?!

Hey all!

Was wondering if other Apple Watch users use the “calories burned” feature on your watch to calculate your net calories?

My Apple Watch is in sync with MFP but I believe I read that MFP only allows you to eat a certain amount of calories you actually burned. Example: Apple Watch says 694, MFP offers me 350. Does MFP allow you to eat half so you don’t eat back all your exercise calories & remain in a deficit?

I’m not planning on eating anymore exercise calories from my watch than MFP recommends, just curious to calculate my net total! Thanks!

MFP and Apple watch Sync is broken. There are many threads about this. Email MFP and complain, hopefully they'll fix it.

I'd take the lesser of the 2.

On the MFP on your Computer Go to settings. Click on Dairy Settings. Scroll down to Calorie Adjustments: Click on
Enable Negative Adjustments. This should sync to the Health app on your Iphone which should sync to MFP.
