Im a couple pounds away from 300 and i refuse to let my weight hit that 300! Im tired of feeling uncomfortable, im tired of not being able to buy the clothes i love, im tired of just not being healthy period. But it all starts with me.. And my fitness pal lol. We got this!!!

    Dude I was in the same boat as you. You are not alone and you can do it!! Just don’t push so hard in the beginning. It’s a marathon not a sprint. Start off with baby steps! You can do it hommie!

    I don't really have a actual meal plan i just try to eat 3 times a day and my last meal I TRY to have it before 7. Key word try lol. Nd I've been going to the gym almost every Monday thru Friday so far. Because I just started 2 weeks ago.
