Insanity Max 30 - 2 weeks progress

I started Insanity Max 30 a few months ago but shortly afterwards my boyfriend moved in and it's taken a while to get used to the new routine. So I started again 2 weeks ago. I'm only doing the modifier and I've missed one workout so far. I measured and weighed myself today, the start of week 3, and was surprised at my results. I'm a 5'7" female and started at 96.5kg. I've lost 3kg, and 6cm off my waist already. I guess I must've been pretty bloated when I started.
I have RSI so my wrists are very weak and I struggle with the push-ups and tricep stuff, but part of the reason I'm trying to get healthy is to help my RSI and strengthen my arms so I'm trying to push myself as much as I can without hurting myself. I've noticed my legs starting to get stronger as I have a much easier time already when standing up from a sitting/crouching position. I think Cardio Challenge is probably my favourite workout at the moment.
I finished P90 about 6 years ago and lost about 8kg from doing that (I lost 22kg overall, but I put it all back on when I got depressed). I couldn't sit through P90 again and eventually I found that I liked Insanity Max 30. It's also a lot easier to fit in 30 minutes than 45-60 since I hate exercising anyway. I hope to do 3-4 rounds of Insanity Max 30 to end up around my goal weight and have a decent level of fitness before moving onto something else. Just hope I can stick to it!

After having about a week off due to work, I finished this first round a couple of weeks ago. The last month I stopped calorie counting, so I know my diet wasn't great but I was still watching what I ate (with a couple of binge days). I can't see much visual progress, but having just finished my first week of my second round of Insanity Max 30 trying to do the 'proper' moves, I can tell I've gained some strength.
Final numbers:
Start/Finish (27/f/169cm)
Weight: 96.5kg/91.0kg
Chest: 119cm/113.5cm
Waist: 103cm/93cm
Hips: 122cm/116cm
Thigh: 68cm/67cm
Overall, 23.5cm and 5.5kg lost.
Happy with my progress so far, but trying to make more of an effort this time around, particularly with my diet.5 -
Completed Insanity Max 30 and did an extra 30 days repeating round two. I tracked calories, ate healthy and attained great results. Here were mine.
Start (30/m/177cm)
Start/Finish
Weight (105kg/89kg)
I didn’t take measurements but I went down 2 pant sizes.1
