I'm considering about switching onto a low-carb diet and I would love to know what low-carb meals you enjoy eating!

I maintain a healthy weight eating all kinds of delicious meals, so the questions you should ask (yourself) are really - how low carb, and why?11

Ribeye and greenbeans roasted in butter and garlic
Beef and blackbean chili
Sausage & meatballs with sauce over zucchini noodles
Pot roast au jus with onions, carrots and celery
Fried beef and cabbage
Chicken and broccoli with alfredo sauce
Pork with roasted broccoli, onions and potatoes
The meat and vegetable combinations are pretty much unlimited if you have some rudimentary cooking skills. I typically eat 20g - 30g of carbs a day but I can eat up to around 50g - 60g without issue.5 -

How is this helpful? The OP didn't ask for advice on a Low Carb Diet, they asked for meal ideas. Your response isn't necessary. People should be able to post and ask about low carb and keto diets without the anti-keto brigade trying to discourage them at every turn.
OP - I base my meals around fat and protein and then use fruit and veggies to round out my plate. For example, big salads with lots of veggies and protein with homemade balsamic vinagarette for some healthy fats. Or an omelette with veggies. Grilled meats. Avocados. Try googling "low carb meals" and there are tons of ideas out there. If you are on Instagram, you can search hashtags like #keto or #lowcarb. Good luck!14 -

I don’t follow a low carb diet but I often choose low carb recipes. Google Linda’s Low Carb Recipes. I have made several from her site. There is a spinach lasagna with cream cheese that I really enjoy. I just incorporate these recipes into my overall diet instead of switching to low carb.3

Okay, but still. The OP wasn't asking for input about a low carb diet and whether or not it is a good choice, they were asking for meal ideas. I stand behind my opinion that your response was unnecessary and not helpful.8 -
My favorite blogs for low carb recipes are Wicked Keto, Perfect Keto, Low Carb Yum and Fit Men Cook (you can filter Fit Men Cook for high protein and low-carb recipes.) I'd say most of my recipes come from there!1

Also don't assume someone wanting low carb meal ideas wants low carb all the time. Sometimes, to make my macros, I personally need something with less carbs and more protein for dinner. I'd be very unhappy on a fully low carb diet plan though. I love me some carbs, but I like making sure my macros are good too. It's a balance.7

At this point we don't even know if the OP is interested in Keto. The OP said "low carb." Low carb can be anything under 150 carbs. Keto is much lower. A meal plan based on 150 carbs looks very different than one based on 20 net carbs. So it IS important to know the answer to "How low carb?"3 -
I like to do boneless skinless chicken thighs with salad. or steak and salad. or bun-less burger. or make a yummy ground turkey pasta sauce with peppers onions garlic and mushrooms over zucchini noodles.
you could do grilled calamari and vegetables, grilled unbreaded chicken wings, chicken souvlaki, kabobs...
there are SO many ideas just don't make a carb side and just serve with salad or veggies.1 -
Thank you everyone for sharing your recipes and advice!1
