My idea mate is hot, lifts, gets my odd sense of humor, is creative, adventurous, hard working (I work hard so I admire this in a mate as well), likes children, can sit with me comfortably in silence or chat away for hours, understands my need for isolation/alone time.

I used to really want my boyfriend to be a musician and play similar music as me (I'm a bluegrass bassist). It's just too much.
Now I'm dating a gym guy. We have nothing in common but damn are we having fun. I am confused.2 -
