Hello Fellow FitnessPals, I've been a gym rat most of my life. Yet, the last couple years I got lazy and comfortable. Numbing out on Netflix binges and craft beers. It has been way too much of a good thing. I've gained the traditional spare tire in the last year, never have I seen a gut on myself. SO, I'm back to the gym and the challenge of weight loss, proper weight management and better nutritional choices. Help me loose 20 lbs!

The first covers accurate logging and some of the tools in MFP to help you make things easier. The second discusses caloric needs and setting goals. These two posts completely changed my MFP experience and helped me be much more successful, so I hope they do the same for you.
