change the calories to 1.
but if you're using MFP numbers why would you not eat back your exercise cals? that's how the programme is designed3 -
It’s too many calories for me to handle. Unfortunately over the years I became adept at consuming very few caliries. There are days when I havent logged exerciae I get warnings I have not consumed enough caliries.
I could set the calories to 1, but I want to keep record if my exercise calories...thanks for your help!1 -
If eating more than 1000 calories (when you receive the warning regardless on if you exercised or not) is too much for you to handle you might want to speak with a professional4

If you cannot manage to eat more than 1000 net calories often and you are exercising regularly then you have bigger issues than logging the exercise.1 -

Do you mean “too much to handle” physically? As in you feel overfull? If so, I recommend re-evaluating what you’re eating and try to add some healthy higher calorie items, like nuts or avocado so you can get the calories your body needs.
If you can’t handle it mentally, please please speak to a doctor or counselor. As someone with a history of disordered eating, it’s so much easier to get help before things get out of control.4 -
it only warns when you actually eat less than 1200. exercise and net calories are not a factor0
