I am new to this site and I have been doing this for two weeks now and all I have lost is one pound. I was on WW a couple of years ago and the first couple of weeks I lost 3-4 pounds. I think I'm getting a little frustrated at this point. Hopefully I can get the support that I need from my family and friends to help me reach my weight loss goal.

Honestly, I had the same thing happen to me. I lost 2.6 pounds per week for my first two weeks of Weight Watchers, then gradually had lesser and lesser losses per week. I am losing more slowly here. However, I basically starved myself on WW, I am not doing that on this plan because I realize I cannot maintain that.0

Hang in there & just keep an eye on portions & serving sizes & keep moving & CHANGE will come. I was loosing ONE pound a week. I started Tae Bo & swimming last week & I havne't lost ONE pound at all...LOL!! But I'm gonna keep hanging in there. I'm not starving myself. But definately making BETTER choices. it all adds up. Just keep hanging in there.0

I went to a coming out party on Saturday. I ate all that was offered and it was regular portions, catered from a restaurant called Texas Roadhouse. One thing I can say, I will not be eating there for the next nine months. Two pieces of meat, 1/2 c mp, 1/2 c beans, 1 dinner roll w/cinammon butter was 1500 calories. I ate my regular lunch and breakfast and I skimped a little on both of them. I am getting convinced that I must fill up on filling foods and water. I was discouraged, but I had to be realistic about eating out. I am happy w/ fitness planner is here, it is so very very helpful. My favorite part of this whole planner is when it indicates on the bottom how much you will weigh if you keep eating like this.Never have I had to think that far ahead. I know I will see SUCCESS and SO WILL YOU..CELEBRATE EACH DAY THAT YOU HAVE STUCK TO THE PLAN...and those days when you do not, as long as you track what you are eating you cannot fail. My favorite quote, What you are tomorrow, you are becoming today.0
