Hi I’m new using this. And I need some help to figure out what to eat and what meals are good? I exercise once in the morning and than the gym for an hour before bed. So I’m constantly confused with that cause my calories go up?

    MFP tells you how much to eat, you decide what and when to eat. When you exercise, you can eat more.

    Use this app for a few weeks and be honest and put in all the food and drinks and exercise you do to gauge where you may be going wrong. Best of luck
