I walked to the furthest park from my home early in the morning and guess what I had to walk back even if I didn’t want to. I kept doing it everyday nd finally saw results. Don’t give up!

I started walking half a block. I kept increasing gradually and eventually could walk a 10k with no stops! 150 lost. Walking is great. (Also did strength training and now I swim too.)5
