low calorie snack

Just wanted to share a recent low calorie snack I found. I'm always in search of them. The dollar tree store sells a snack called crispeez. I have the carmel kind. They are mini rice cakes. Serving size is 8 and only 60 calories. Half the calories of my Quaker mini rice cakes. And the best part they are only $1. :smile:

    Gotta love the dollar store!

    I like your verses from Proverbs...definitely need to Trust in the Lord and get help from Him with this whole "get healthy and lose weight" thing!
