If I was eating 2,590 calories a day I would be gaining weight. Of course for you that may be spot on for loss depending on your vitals.0

@evangarciakarlo, you have been at this a lot longer than 20 something days. You have repeatedly asked the same questions, give vague (if any) response and seem to expect this weight loss thing to just happen without putting in the time and effort. It won't.
If you can't remember how to check your previous threads where you received a lot of helpful advice, do a search for posts with the author @geminigemz90. You'll find lots of info there. Then it's up to you - you can't expect something to change unless you change something.6
