    are you bulking???

instead of making sloppy joes you could make something else thats healthier out of the ground beef.. and for future referance.. ground chicken is the best.. less fat.. lots of protein... tastes amazing

If you can't find it in the food tracker, you need to add it yourself and put all the nutritional information in.

Look at the fat content of the meat and you will find it in the database, then measure out how much BBQ sauce you use and get a total calories for everything and divide by the number of servings

Use the recipe builder feature. Ground chuck is probably in the databse.

use the MFP recipe calculator . . . look under TOOLS. I use it all the time for my favorite recipies. And you can go in and edit later and see how many calories are in each serving!

Put the browned meat in a colander and rinse it with hot water before adding the sauce. You'll cut the fat calories significantly and won't notice any taste difference at all. I know, another utensil to wash, but worth it.

the best way to track this is to click on the recipe tab and enter each ingredient there. once you do, it'll be in your recipes and you can use it each time you eat them! :-) hope this helps! if you have any questions, feel free to message me.
