Giving MFP another try! Need friends!

I’m a 27 year old single mother of a beautiful 9 month old! Losing the baby weight has been one hell of a time haha my mother actually turned me on to MFP and I’ve been doing the cabbage soup diet so far so good lol. Just trying to get some friends on here to help me keep me in check and motivate each other lol. Heyyy! :)

    How does that diet work, eat all the beef you want on certain days or 8 bananas and skin milk on other days..... what??!!

    So I’m a vegetarian I’m not doing a really STRICT cabbage soup diet but the entire pot of soup has probably 500 calories and it’s like a 3 day batch. I take multi vitamins and I have a slim fast shake or two on the days it calls for protein. I’ve done it before and lost 10 lbs in a week. It’s great if you want to transition into a healthy clean eating diet. I wouldn’t recommend doing it for an extended period of time. It’s sort of like a quick fix haha.

    Ive been doing the the cardiac diet once every ten days. Its been working when i stuck to it.

    That’s great!!!! It’s hard for me to find one that works for me and it’s been hard to stick to it in the past especially with the baby haha it’s easy to just grab something to eat and go! Making the food in advance is a huge help for me. Meal planning is sooooo overwhelming I feel like that’s my next goal ha.

    Yeah i meal planned and premade meals last time i was on this site. It took all weekend to do. I can’t be bothered this time. If i cant make it in 5 or 10 mins, not including baking time, i dont eat it.

    Its tough to eat sometimes, but im not going back to cooking all weekend. Lol
