Thank you for your impression. Honestly, I've worked hard over the past 2 years through bouts of serious illnesses all while being a full-time parent to a special needs pre-schooler, to go from Dad Bod to Superhero Bod and I'm quite pleased at how my gym shirts now fit. It this isn't a place to be proud of your fitness journey and similarly support others, then where is?
And proud you should be!! Hope your daughter is well and loving school (I think that was the progress report last we talked)!!
