Hi. Quick question... I'm a girl. But I struggle will belly fat the most. I'm already counting calories. I do watch my sugars already being insulin resistant. If I really cut the carbs would I see a dramatic difference in my tummy pudge???

No
You cannot spot reduce fat.
The only way to reduce belly fat is by reducing your overall bodyfat percentage.
This is done by consuming less calories than you expend. Carbs has nothing to do with it.15 -
Belly fat is no different than other fat. You lose excess fat by being at a calorie deficit. That's it. Eat less than you burn. It may take longer to come off your belly, but that's how it goes sadly. Your sugar and carb intake doesn't affect it at all.7

You cannot spot reduce. For many, the belly pudge is the last to go. The only way to get rid of it is with a continued calorie deficit.5

As others have said.. I'm at a point where my arms and legs are lean and I've lost all face fat but I still have back and tummy fat. Just keep going4

My grandmother used to call a little belly pudge a "bread basket" and would tell her kids to skip bread for a few weeks and the bread basket would go away. That actually worked for me when I was a teenager and had an amazing metabolism. :-) (Gosh do I miss the days when I could just not eat one thing I used to eat and lose a few pounds!)
That being said, no, you won't spot reduce, but eliminating sugary foods (assuming you don't start over eating other foods in return) is one way to cut your calories and lose weight, including the belly fat.2 -
im also struggling with belly and back fat, im feeling quite disheartened !!3

I used to believe that if you overate sugar your belly would be big and if you overate starch your hips and thighs would be big. Now I realize that it doesn't matter. It's heredity. You will often find threads about losing belly fat on here and the truth of the matter is that it depends on your heredity. I lose in my face and breasts first and my stomach last but as time goes by you WILL lose it as your weight goes down. I am now in maintenance and have found that my body has stabilized and seems to have balanced out. Hang in there it will come.5

Loss of weight is the only thing that can reduce it. Unfortunately for some, genetically, the tummy is the last place where you lose weight.3

Yup - you cannot spot reduce. Only way to reduce fat in one specific area to to minimize your overall bodyfat %:

The midsection is primary fat stores for most men and a great many women...primary fat stores are a first on, last off proposition.7
