i know it more than likely has been posted before but i thought i would ask again. Does anyone have any suggestion for a protein powder that isn't nasty? i have heard woman should stay way from certain types of protein powders. Don't know if this is correct but I have heard whey is best for woman. So what is your thoughts and thanks in advance.

Everybody has a different opinion and I'm sure someone will extoll the deliciousness of one you already think is nasty.

Best to just keep trying them until you find one that YOU like.

Or you could do a search for the previous posts about protein shakes.

optimum nutrition (gold standard whey) is generally what I take. I never find myself wishing I had a different brand so that says something about the flavor. I've tried quite a few different brands and so far ON is my favorite. BSN has a line that they market as "dessert shakes" and I'm sure that those would be delicious because their regular whey is good as well. I would recommend looking into those two. You can find them relatively cheap on bodybuilding.com.
