This morning I weighed 179.4!!! I haven't weighed this little in over two years (and that was on a different scale where I weighed about 5 lbs "less" than on a good scale)!!!

Hurray for progress!!!

    I just hit 179.4 this morning - if I could do back flips, I would!! I have been on this site and exercising everyday for 40 days, I lost a few lbs at first but have been at a stand still for 1 full month - how aggravating!! But this morning I was ecstatic, elated, overjoyed, etc.

    Silly...didn't you just post something else about only losing 3 lbs this month? I like this post better. 3 lbs might not seem like a lot, but the mini goal of now being under 180 is something to cheer about!! Keep up the GREAT work!!!
