I wish you tons of luck! I too have to find ways to exercise in "unusual ways" due to a lot of pain in many areas of my body due to a recent surgery, injuries and chronic pain. Some days I can only manage to walk around my back yard with the pup for 10 minutes. I have several little goals I am trying, all tips from this forum. I'm making mini goals, trying to find some fun in my exercising and making small changes to diet in the hope they become permanent and not feel like I'm denying myself.
I'm not yet logging food and exercise consistently again, but I plan to do this as well in the future.
BTW, I'll be 55 this month and have over 45 pounds to lose. Again.... GOOD LUCK.
(You can friend me if you'd like. I haven't figured out how to do that yet.)0
