I know losing weight is a marathon, not a race but I have been so frustrated lately! I keep bouncing between 176.0-176.8! It’s been almost a month! How do y’all keep from getting discouraged & do dumb things like restrict?!

Are you using a food scale to measure what you are eating?0

It looks like you’ve discovered how to maintain your weight. That’s a useful tool to have, and much better thsn gaining weight! Cut some calories, or exercise more. Be sure you’re weighing your food and logging accurately. It just takes some tweaking now, as it looks like you’re eating about the same number of calories as you’re burning.2

Most of the time people become stuck because of inaccuracy with logging - overestimated calorie burn and/or underestimated food consumption - or they haven't changed their goals with less weight. Buy food scales and weigh EVERYTHING that is solid, including prepackaged food if you haven't already and double check that entries are accurate.1
