I went back and checked what I've been logging for food. I've been at MFP since the beginning of the year. Normally, I would be expecting miracles by now, but I've always been a yo-yo with my clothes and the scale. This time I want it to be different and I would have quit already any other time by either starving, binging, or trying the latest diet pill. I've logged on almost everyday logging my meals and exercise and reading the message boards. I thought I was off the wagon for a week but after checking back their were only a few days that I ate too much. I guess my point is that thanks to MFP and everyone here sharing their stories, I'm back on the wagon.

Same for me...I feel like I have been dieting my entire life, looking for the quick fix. I think I went straight from a size 2T to a 14 misses. I started logging my food before I found this site and once I found it, it was so much easier because all of the info is in the database.

Keep up the good work......BTW I love your pic.

Same here. I think I have gained and lost the same 15 lbs over the last 11 years! I had a "lost" week this week, but am ready to start again. That's what it's all about.
