That’s the right attitude. Eating smallee portions helps, I try to drink a lot of water in between meals and that helps the stomach feel full and then you eat less. Works for me! And water is very important so 2 points for that.
The calories counter here helps a lot to keep track ans be informed of what is better for you.
    You can do it!

Motivation can get you so far, but it doesn't last long. Discipline is key, there's no way around it. I have days where I just want to cheat and not go to the gym, on those days, I just remind myself what I used to be and how I just don't want to go back to what I used to look like. Basically I tell myself to stop whining and do what needs to be done even if the body doesn't feel like it.

Like some others have said, ditch the notion of needing more motivation in favor of fostering positive habits and discipline. There will be days you want to skip exercising and/or indulge in your culinary vices when motivation alone just isn't going to see you through. It's impossible to fall of the proverbial horse or wagon if your success isn't dependent on having one in the first place.

Set a goal. Devise a plan to achieve the goal. Do the plan every day. Motivation without a plan is a waste of energy.
