Getting Started

Hello all, I've been using MFP off and on for a couple of years to (loosely) track calories and exercise. Currently 44 years old, I started exercising again 2-1/2 years ago after a serious bicep injury, surgery and quitting smoking. Did pretty well at keeping the exercise going until this past winter. I have the bicycle back out and I'm trying to get back into it. I currently exercise too little and eat too much, but I still don't smoke!!! Hopefully getting involved in the community side of MFP will help keep my motivation up. Any and all help is greatly appreciated...
