**How To Make Up for FEELING GUILTY**

Tonight at dinner I felt like I overate. My stomach feels kind of big and inflated and this pressure and I don't like it....

I'm sticking to my regimen of walking after dinner like I do everyday. But during my walk while not feeling so good about myself I decided to change that. It was simple I WALK A LITTLE LONGER..

IF YOU'RE READING THIS YOU KNOW WHAT I'M TALKIN ABOUT FEELING GUILTY.

What I did was instead of making a left and walking my usual distance I made a right and walk the 10 extra minutes. It was only 10 minutes and I'm posting this right now while doing it and it doesn't even feel like 10 minutes. It feels like the same amount of time that I always walk. It's that easy to change your mindset from a negative to a positive.

Next time you're feeling bad or guilty or not wanting to stick to your plan... STICK TO THE DAMN PLAN!! And while you're out there doing what you need to do just add something a little extra on so you could say to yourself that you did better today and not worse. That you're going to win and not lose this time. It could be as simple as walking for 5 10 extra minutes or 1 extra block. It could be as simple as taking a 5-minute break if your workout routine and do it 10 extra push-ups. It could be as simple as doing one extra set of bodyweight squats after squatting for a half hour because you felt like you failed today.

You didn't fail, you just made today more successful than any other day before today and it was that easy.

Thank you for posting this. I went 7 successful days sticking to my plan, eating until I was satisfied. Today, day 8, I let stress get to me, and am also feeling bloated from overeating. Thanks for reminding me to STICK TO THE DAMN PLAN!! I will keep this in mind throughout the rest of my weight loss journey.

I've learned to remove any association of guilt with food. If I eat more than my calorie goal? I just log it and move on. It's a long process and in the long run one day won't make or break anything.

One thing you say is that you "felt" like you overate. Did you actually?
