Good Morning

The beginning of this week is really busy and gym time is going to be very difficult. Goals for the week are water, stay focused and get in some kind of excersie when I can't get to the gym. Hope everyone has a great week.0 -
Scale said 211.0 this morning... Up 0.4... I really shouldn't be too hard on myself considering ToM is here, but still... I wanna break 210 so bad!!! Plus I only went to the gym once. Boooo me and my laziness during ToM!
School starts this week so I am going to be diligent on taking lunches. And drinking water. I made a whole casserole last night that I just used to split up into lunch portions and froze some for later and put some in the fridge for this week... Gonna start the 30ds today too.

I'm at 187. My vacation starts Thursday, but I'm going to try hard to keep a plan in place so I'm not reporting a huge gain next week. Wish me luck, ladies!

I must admit I'm up. @#&$#@ 144.4 this am.
Last week was rough but that's no excuse. Dad had surgery to remove a blockage in his carotid artery (thank god it went well and he's okay) I was a stressball. DH went to PA with his mother to see relatives and pick up his grandmother so DD and I were on our own for the weekend. I had a great time with her, but didn't eat so well and didn't work out.
I've got to stop saying I'm going to snap out of this and just do it.0 -

this week I'm at 143.4.. Haven't seen a number this low in a while (: Which is weird, cause I've been eating bad since my photoshoot on saturday, I had to eat like a saint all week for it and I felt like having some brownies, grilled cheese... Not overdoing it, but not eating strictly spinach and carrots :P Maybe the lack of obsessing is making things easier and even if I don't eat like a saint, I don't overeat because I'm letting myself eat what I want sometimes0

Weighed in at 180.0 this AM.
I spent yesterday cooking some quiches for a teacher breakfast this morning, and was doing calisthenics in the kitchen while stuff was cooking. :laugh: Good luck everyone, and don't be discouraged if the scale is up a bit. Maybe your tape measure will be nicer. That happens a lot with me; I lose inches when my weight goes up or stays the same, but my inches stay about the same in weeks with much weight loss. Go figure. First off, Rach I'm sorry I didn't weigh in last week. I was horribly embarrassed by what the scale revealed on Monday. I was on vacation for several days and, upon my return, the scale read 159! I:huh::grumble: :mad:
This past week has been focused on undoing the damage and I've successfully dropped the "vacation weight" and then some. This week I'm weighing in at 150.5 lbs. I had hoped to see the 140s today but it wasn't to be. I'm within 5.5 lbs of my goal so I'm not too terribly concerned, yet.
My NSVs this week were pretty awesome though. I went to a party at a friend's house and brought plenty of fresh veggies, healthy hummus and shrimp so I could stay on track and 4 of my former co-workers were there and didn't recognize me at first. They all raved at how skinny I am now. I have to admit, I was floating the rest of the night. Today, I ran in to a friend whom I haven't seen in months and he also didn't recognize me at first.
Goals this week are to continue eating fresh, nutritious, whole foods, hydrating sufficiently, and being more focused with staying active on a daily basis. As long as I stay the course, I'm sure i'll see the 140s by the end of this week.0 -
Good morning, Pin-ups!!!!!! Hope you all had a great weekend!! I was non-stop rain here on the east coast, so yesterday was spent snuggled on the couch with my boyfriend and dog watching Season 4 of "The Wire" and eating good food!!! Was not expecting to see much of a loss, but I am thrilled to be weighing in at 172.8 - down 2 lbs from last week!!!
just have to say that I The Wire.0 -
I forgot to weigh in this morning - and didn't remember until I was an hour away from home. Oops. x.x;; So, as my evening weighing in would see me with a five pound gain (seriously? Is it *possible* to eat enough to gain five pounds in a single week?), I'm going to say "same as last time," and try again next week, when I'm back at home, with my own food, my own scale and my own routines. ^_^0
