My name if Traci and I am new here, I've been doing Keto and IF for a month now and have almost reached my weight loss goal when a friend suggested my fitness pal. Excited to be here.

    Hello, congrats on your weight loss! That's so exciting!
    What type of foods are you eating while doing Keto? I just started
    this week and I'm struggling to stay full. My goal is to lose 50lbs.

    Large chicken breast dipped in an approved sauce(i like mayo personally),cheese,coffee with heavy cream,I have also been making tons of keto casseroles...each one ive tried has been so filling.(over filling ). I recommend the no cauliflower pizza casserole and the broccoli and chicken casserole.
