Preworkout drinks

Anyone recommend any preworkout they have used and worked without feeling jittery

    I don't use them, like you they make me feel awful but some people just have a coffee instead.

    I make a smoothie with spinach, fruit, protein powder, chia seeds and whatever else I have on hand (sometimes yogurt, aloe vera juice, kefir, almond milk). Add enough water to blend. I will drink this either before or after a workout and it works for me without making me sick or jittery at all.

    I enjoy this pre-workout https://canadianprotein.com/c-pre , but as others have said, they are not necessary. Just caffeine can be enough.

    I have only ever felt off using a preworkout drink. I just use a caffeine pill and sometimes only need 1/2 of one. Much cheaper and very effective for me.

    Never tried one. I just have a meal an hour or two before exercise. Never had any issues
