Canada on the Radar - Accountability, Friendship & Banter - Let's Do This Eh!?

Hello All,
Canadian here looking for some more closer to home friends for accountability, banter and exchange of knowledge and how to's, what not's and what-cha-ma-call-its!?. That is not to say I don't want MORE of the same from all around the world - I just think it would be so much better if the threat of someone coming to kick my butt, or working out with me or vice versa is closer to home, then I would be better inspired!. Ha!
Doesn't matter if you are starting off, have been around for ages and are in prime health or you are on that horrible roller-coaster we all endure throughout our lives - I want to hear from you!. All that matters is the going forwards!.

Age doesn't matter, just be open minded and helpful to all.
