Introducing myself

Hello everyone. Today is my first day to access this website and community. I have not struggled with weight loss until this past year. I'm not overweight but I am at the top of healthy weight for my age, height and body frame. I decided I wanted to lose a few pounds to get back to the lower-mid weight suggested. I tried WW on a three month trial; I'm about 8 weeks in. I lost 4 lbs and in the last two weeks I gained back 2 lbs. I consistently and honestly track points. For month of July I joined a ladies gym and have been attending 4 fitness workouts a week and sometimes up to six. WW doesn't seem to be working for me. All the free carb and fat free dairy points don't seem to translate well to my metabolism. While reading a variety of articles about why you're not losing weight, I stumbled across the My Fitness Pal site and decided to give it a try, since my WW membership will cancel mid-August. So, here I am. I'm not an avid poster; I tend to be quiet.
