    I think its still $9.99 a month or $49.99 a year.

    As may users eluded to above, you may not need it. Most people get everything they need off of the free version. If you are super into macro splits or need day specific calorie goals it might be useful for you. Personally, I wouldn't get anything out of premium worth paying for.
