Macro help?!

Newbie here! I have recently started A keto diet and I’m so confused as to what my macros should be . I upgraded to premium and I notice MFP does not do net carbs ..
I’m 33 female looking to lose weight and I currently have them set at 5% carb 30% protein 65% fat. ? I would appreciate any advice . Thanks !!!

    For weightloss, you need to eat in a calorie deficit. You can set your macros any way you like. For keto, carbs must be no more than 5% or 20 grams.

    You can go to www.ruled.me if you want to get exact macros but yours look pretty typical. MFP is famous for not doing net carbs, you just have to subtract fiber and sugar alcohols from total carbs. You can also log foods by searching for the food plus net carbs ( e.g. Chia seeds net carbs). This isn't perfect because some foods won't have that but it helps. Some people say just count total carbs, but that's up to you. (if you ever switch trackers Carb Manager is very good.)
