25 & TRYING TO lose 30 lbs WANT FRIENDS!

I have been using MFP for 54 days straight, i have been eating healthy and for some reason I'm stuck at 160 lbs. Goal is 130 ish. Let's keep in touch and motivate each other! I love pushing others to accomplish and get *kitten* done! Let's push ourselves & be bad a** together! B)B)

    Definitely in. I'm just back from a massive holiday and I need to get serious :D I reached a 205 streak while away, but I am up in weight from then. Back to day 1!

    To lose weight, you need to be in a calorie deficit. If you really eat the amounts of calories MFP tells you - provided you entered your stats correctly and set it to weightloss - over time, you lose weight.

    A calorie deficit just means "eat less (and move more)". It sounds so simple and it is, but it's hard enough, because you have to do it for real, consistently and for a long time, so you need to focus on that, not let yourself be distracted by everything else.
