Hi, anyone else who had weight loss surgery? I’d like to bounce off ideas for nutrition and such.

    Hi! I had the sleeve done May 31. I’m down 30lbs so far. What’s up?

    That’s awesome sounds like you’re doing great, how are you feeling, have you had any complications?
    I too had a sleeve, mine was on 04/06 and I’m down 60lbs.

    I’m feeling fine. No complications. I’m actually playing church league softball until school starts. I weighed today and I’m now down 35lbs.

    Oh that’s great! I’m honestly struggling with motivation to exercise. Even though I’m loosing slowly, I’m still not motivated enough to get up and move :(
