Entering a Daily Smoothie in my log

I eat the same smoothie at home 5 days a week and I don't want to have to go through and enter the individual ingredients more than once. I see how to create a new commercial food, but am looking for best-practices in creating home recipes. thank you.

There's a recipe builder on here you can enter everything into, or you can save it as a meal then just log the meal every time and it will add all the ingredients to your diary4

I just use the create a meal option for all my smoothies. You put all the ingredients and can add directions and a pic if you want. Then you name and save it. That way you can just go to your meals and select the smoothie in the future. Super easy! 🙂2

I prefer saving it as a meal because it is easier to tweak on the fly based on the ingredients I have on hand once you’ve added it to the diary: a little more of this, none of that, etc.2

The Meal creator (Found in the 'Me' section) is super handy. I find it great for repeat meals and then again for leftovers.
As I'm not normally cooking for me - it is also really handy for knowing exactly how much of the meal you prepared you should portion out.0 -
Save the meal, or you can just copy the meal from a previous day (I do that frequently for sandwiches or meals I make several times in a week).0
