People keep asking me if I am pregnant. Ugggh. I hold a lot of my weight in my lower abdomen so I am aware that if I make a wrong outfit choice I look like I could be pregnant. What exercises can I do or foods to eat to help reduce the weight in that area? Thanks!

A calorie deficit, there are no special foods to eat.

Calorie deficit and overall conditioning. You cannot spot reduce. My stomach is finally going away and getting tighter. I do HIIT and eat really well and in a deficit. It is finally working. Slow and steady though.5

A calorie deficit. However if you have a food intolerance that can make you extra bloated so look into that too. Exercise will help too.4

Unfortunately, it's completely up to your body where it decides to lose fat. There is NO way to influence that. I would love to see the fat on my hips go, but no, my body wants to lose it on the ribs and back first. That's nice, but not what I wanted!1

Posture can play a role in your appearance. I have found that fousing on core strength while eating st a sensible calorie deficit helpful1

I’m doing Pilates to help with my postpartum belly. I’m about two weeks in and it does feel more toned.1
