Is 35 middle age??

I don't feel middle age, but maybe I am. My running is stronger than ever, but it's harder to keep the weight down. So...hi.

    I am 38 and feel like I am 15 lol. I don't know what middle age is, I try my best not to think about it.

    I dont think it is. I have always thought of 40 as being closer to middle age
