I am posting this because I am over joyed with my progress. I wish I would have kept my size 20 jeans to show how far I’ve come but even this is amazing to me I am so excited and happy to be where I am and still making progress.

I do this once in a while when I'm in a store - I'll grab a pair of jeans in the largest size I was before i lost weight, then get a pair at the size I am now and hold them up to see how much I've lost. This really helps me when I am feeling fat. It reminds me I've lost 5 jean sizes and what it looks like.

Yes that’s exactly what I was feeling today. I felt down not fitting the size I thought I would and I cane home my old jeans happended to be on my bed just washed and I was like wow

This is an awesome idea! You always forget how much you lose or... sometimes it feels like you havent lost that much weight...until you try on your old clothes.
