Hai! I'm starting my last year of college in September, and I currently weigh ~185 lbs (I'm 5'1''). Graduation is July of next year, and my goal is to hit the top of my healthy weight range (130) by then. I have lost weight before and I know how; my only problem has been actually getting my *kitten* in gear and doing it. So I've decided, no more excuses. I'm sick of being fat and there's no reason why I should have to live this way when my weight is completely, totally, 100% under my control. I've got 48 weeks to do this and I know I can. Here we go! :D

Best of luck to you!! I set a very similar goal this previous year. I had gainied 30 pounds in my first two years of nursing school putting me at 187 and decided to lose 30 pounds in my last year of school. Which I did. I am currently weighing in at 150. I am not sure what type of program you are studying but keep in mind that your brain works better after physical activity so when you are thinking I don't have time to study and go to the gym instead thing if I go to the gym I will be more productive in my studying and will need less time :) Good luck

Good luck to you! I'm aiming to get to my goal weight by my 21st birthday, which is in April of next year. I bet you can reach your goals.
  • You can do it, just take one day at a time and you will be at your goal weight by graduation!
  • Oh my goodness, I was not expecting this much support! This is amazing! :D
