Hello!

Options
I've just started Keto a couple day ago, and I hope to find advice and friends on similar diets! I actually can't quite tell if I'm in ketosis though, and have been struggling to reach my calorie goal and macros. Any tips?

My goals are currently 5% Carbs, 75% Fats, 20% Protein. Protein isn't a problem, but I constantly end up eating 30g to 50g of carbs and not enough fat.

    I started keto about 4 days ago and am already seeing major improvement and down 3lbs this week woo! I know many people who do it, i was skeptical but a great reference would be Mari Lewellen on YouTube, she was 250lbs last year but found greatness in weight training and the keto diet, very inspiring!
