Apple Turnip Salad

Ok.. so this does not SOUND good....

BUT IT IS DELICIOUS! My favorite salad.. and so easy!

You will need :

1 apple, cored and shredded (I don't peel them)
1 turnip the same size, peeled and shredded
1/8 cup minced FRESH parsley
The juice from 1 lemon
1 tablespoon of honey
salt to taste

Mix it all up and OH MY GOSH!
You're gonna love me!
