Hi
I was hoping someone could tell me how many calories I should have each day. Am 52yrs old 5.2 and 10 stone 11lb. Also what percentage carbs fat and protein I should have. At present I have 50grams of carbs or less as am trying to do a low carb diet. I exercise 4/5 times a week. Any help would be much appreciated.
Many thanks
Maria

Plug your stats into MFP and it will calculate it for you. Easy.2

The app gives you those numbers when you put your stats in. The calorie goal is before exercise - add your exercise separately and eat at least some of the calories back.2

Plug your stats into setup, pick activity level (before exercise) as sincerely as you can, and weekly weightloss goal of 1 pound per week. Reduce that when you have lost some.
You can use the default macro split, or even ignore it. Think about what appeals to you, not just what's trendy.1
