Need some help simplifying this and making sure I'm on going to deep in a calorie deficit.
27 yr male
243lbs
5'7.
Using 1950 as my daily caloric intake.
My apple watch is averaging 900 calories burned. Am I under eating with my calories in vs calories out and BMR?

Since that's just your active calorie burn it's impossible to say. Is your weight loss on target with your chosen rate? Are you feeling satisfied on 1950 (plus at least a portion of your Apple adjustment if connected/exercise calories logged if you're using MFP's goals)?0

Let me make this easier to answer. Should I have the "exercise" turned on in the app that readjust your remaining calories?0
