I finally received this program in the mail last night and started my first workout today. It wants me to follow a mon-fri regimen but I wanted to start right away. I’ll be doing the workouts but following my own schedule. My initial thoughts after the first workout are that it seriously is a kick in the butt. I’m very out of shape and I’m thinking this will get me fit like I want to be.

    Looks like a nice solid beginner HIIT program. Are there more workouts? Do they change each week? If you’re starting out being out of shape, I’ll think you’ll be amazed at the results you can get with HIIT workouts. Especially in the amount of time. You just want to make sure that the workouts increase in difficulty a little each week. Have fun!! You’ll do great!!

    Hi Tina,

    I was just wondering how you did on this program. My friend and i have just started and I am only doing the Pre Training workout and it is kicking my *kitten*. Just curious to see if you continued on with it and how you went.
